My lesson plans

Reflection:

The lesson plans are one of the cornerstones of effective teaching; in the case my student teaching,they offer a structured framework within which to develop and refine teaching skills. Arguably, the making and implementation of lesson plans become basic functions of teacher preparation for growth and acquiring classroom confidence. Additionally, lesson plans provide a basis for collaboration and feedback. Plans that are shared with mentor teachers like a professor or co operative teacher and peers open opportunities for constructive criticism and shared insights. Such interaction strengthens the planning process and refines approaches that student teachers consider, in light of the gained experience.

The bottom line is that lesson planning is an important skill to be developed by any teacher.The process of lesson planning sharpens the aspiring educator's wherewithal and confidence in effectively bringing into being meaningful learning experiences for students through promoting critical thinking, organization, creativity, and reflection.
